Ken Shamus, BSBA '01

Global Forward Model Labor Finance, Ford Motor Company

Ken is currently the Global Forward Model Labor Finance lead at Ford Motor Company. His current role involves planning and cost management for the plant labor involved in new vehicle and powertrain programs at manufacturing facilities across Ford. Throughout his Ford career, Ken has also held positions in Material Planning & Logistics, Product Development, and in manufacturing facilities.

Ken earned his BSBA in Finance from the College of Business Administration in 2001 with a minor in Economics. At Pitt, he served on the Business Student Council and as President of Alpha Kappa Psi, professional business fraternity. In 2007, he earned his MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. In 2013, Ken was awarded the CBA Outstanding Alumni Award.

Ken, originally from Florida, currently resides in Novi, Michigan with his wife, Dianna and two children, Allison and Max.
