September 19: Pitt Business Alumni Networking Event in Chicago

What's more fun than leaving work on a Friday?  Leaving work and getting together with your fellow Pitt Business alumni!

There is a lot of value in connecting with your Pitt Business network.  Did you know:

  • Upwards of 65% of new employment opportunities are generated through personal referrals and networking?
  • Having strong social connections lowers our blood pressure, strengthens our immune system and lowers our levels of anxiety and stress?
  • Companies who have employees with a strong alumni network perform better than those who don't?
  • Universities with a strong alumni network attract higher caliber students resulting in higher overall rankings?

The reasons for connecting are many and the Katz Graduate School of Business' Alumni Networks would like to connect with you!  We are organizing informal alumni gatherings in various cities around the country and the Chicagoland area is one of the cities!

Our purpose is to initiate quarterly networking gatherings so that we can come together for some social time, some potential business exchanges, and some community contribution projects, such as a food and coat drive later in the year as part of our Katz Gives Back program.

The first gathering will most certainly be better with you in attendance!  Please plan to join us at:
