Katz Alumnus Named President and CEO of Cowden Associates, Inc.
Cowden Associates, Inc. (Cowden), a Pittsburgh-based actuarial and employee benefits consulting firm, named Elliot N. Dinkin (MBA '82) president and chief executive officer, effective November 1. In his previous role as executive vice president of the company, Dinkin played a key role in the transformation of Cowden over the past five years and was instrumental in the company's formation and growth.
"We are a forward looking company and I welcome the responsibility of taking Cowden to its next stage of growth," Dinkin said.
According to Cowden Chair Jere L. Cowden, "[Elliot] is a proven leader in the company and in our profession. [His] 'total compensation' focus will serve our clients and Cowden well."
