Jeff Kelly is chairman and chief executive officer of Hamill Manufacturing Company located in Penn Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Hamill is a precision machining and fabricating company that serves the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and other defense related companies, the power generation industry, the aerospace industry, and other industries requiring high degrees of precision and quality.

Jeff joined Hamill, a family owned business, in 1976 after having served five years as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps. He became executive vice president in 1981 and assumed the presidency of the company in 1996. He purchased the company in 2002 from his father and became CEO in 2007. He has been largely responsible for Hamill's embracement of technology.

Jeff served as chairman of the Westmoreland County School-to-Work Partnership from 1996 to 2000. He is the immediate past chairman of the Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board. He is president of the Board of Career Connections Charter High School located in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. He serves on the boards of the DSN Innovations (formerly the Doyle Center for Manufacturing Technology) in Pittsburgh, the National Center for Defense Manufacturing & Machining located at Kennametal Inc. in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and Serra Catholic High School in White Oak, Pennsylvania. In 2004 he joined the Executive Team of the National Tooling & Machining Association and served as national chairman in 2007. He remains as the interim CEO of the organization. He is an original member of Vistage International, the world's foremost chief executive leadership organization.

Jeff is a graduate of Serra Catholic High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Duquesne University's School of Education. After his military service in the Marine Corps, Jeff received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
