MEDRAD Receives National Business Ethics Award
Fall, 2006
One of the companies chosen as recipient of the Pittsburgh Business Ethics Awards for 2005, MEDRAD, has been named one of three recipients of the National Business Ethics Awards.
The David Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership and the Society of Financial Services Professionals sponsored the Pittsburgh awards, which sent MEDRAD on to the national competition. Area judges who chose MEDRAD were Bradley Agle of the University of Pittsburgh; U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan; Kimberly Koerner of Bayer; Peter Madsen of Carnegie Mellon University; and Perry Minnis of Alcoa.
The entries submitted nationally this year were very impressive, and the panel of judges deliberated the merits of each entry in detail. The other two recipients of national awards were General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products of Charlotte, NC; and Community Management Associates, Inc. of Dallas, Tex.
