Troy is an active member of one of CBA’s busiest student organizations - the Roberto Clemente Minority Business Association. Within that group, Troy has held the position of public relations/marketing chair as well as that of conference chair for the Minorities in Pittsburgh Conference. The MIP Conference is a major undertaking, as it brings together students, business faculty, and members of the corporate community during a weekend in Pittsburgh. Troy is also a member of the National Association of Black Accountants and Pitt’s Black Action Society.

The summer after his sophomore year, Troy held a prestigious internship in internal firm services with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He plans to return to PwC next summer. In addition, Troy hopes to enhance his academic program by studying or interning abroad in Europe or Latin America.

Troy belongs to a proud Pitt family. His twin brother attends Pitt in the School of Engineering, and his older sister is enrolled in the School of Pharmacy.
