By the end of your senior year in the College of Business Administration (CBA), you will take your place in the world of business leaders. To do this, you will need two things:
- a solid grasp of business fundamentals learned in the classroom, and
- the skills and experience necessary to lead a work team.
Business recruiters are not just looking for smart students anymore—they are looking for experienced leaders.
The Office of Career and Leadership Development in CBA is here to provide you with the professional-skills training, coaching, networking, and work experiences you will need to excel as a leader when you start your professional career. We work with corporate partners, alumni, and faculty to design highly interactive programming for you at each stage of development in CBA. We also work with regional, national, and international businesses to help you identify professional internships and job opportunities.
