Fi360 provides the training to help investment fiduciaries and professionals understand their responsibilities and the investment processes that should be followed to ensure that their responsibilities and potential fiduciary liabilities are effectively managed. The training provides a comprehensive overview of fiduciary standards of care, asset allocation, preparation of investment policy statements, manager search and due diligence, performance measurement, and other related subjects.

Sales Innovation
Firms that expect to grow in this environment are re-evaluating their business development culture and processes. To assist firms in the Pittsburgh region with this undertaking, CEE is partnering with Sales Innovation, LLC to offer a portfolio of customized sales and business development resources. These programs combine the academic rigor of a top-ranked business school with the consultation of experienced practitioners.
Business Development Innovations for Professional Services Firms, the Sales Innovation program offering at the Center for Executive Education, addresses the specific needs of professional services firms. With the input of legal industry advisors, a customized curriculum was developed to help professional services firms manage best practices in business development.
Avid Learner
We are happy to team up with Avid Learner, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based human resource development consulting firm, to offer a Certificate in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. This certificate will be comprised of the following three programs: C-Level Communications, Leadership, Followership and Star Performance, and Cross Organizational Influence.

Solution Infusion
Solution Infusion LLC, a Kansas-based Human Capital Solutions Company, serves as a Workforce Intermediary whose mission is to provide displaced job seekers and incumbent workers with the skills training needed for career advancement by creating community partnerships that address the specific needs of employers. Through its Human Capital Academy, Solution Infusion partners with critical community resources such as employers, academic institutions, economic development organizations and the public workforce development system to identify, design, and deliver demand-driven training programs.
The CEE works with Solutions Infusion to promote the Disney Institute programs at our center.
