November 9, 2009, Noon to 1:00 p.m.

Learn more about the groundbreaking research that proves star-performing knowledge workers, who are highly productive and add tremendous value to their organizations and its stakeholders, are made, not born.

This program will introduce you to the key strategies and skills that star performers use to accomplish important work in complex environments, and how they influence those around them, including C-Level leaders, to take action on innovative ideas. The session will take the mystery out of how and why some people contribute significantly more to their organizations than others do.
