Custom Programs
The Katz School Center for Executive Education designs and delivers a wide variety of management development programs which meet the specific needs of an organization. These programs are designed to optimize the benefit to the client organization taking into account multiple locations, scheduling, budget constraints, number of people and learning objectives. The degree of customization in a program depends on the client’s needs. Custom by Katz may take the following forms:
Bring any program to your site.
Any management development course can be delivered at the customer’s workplace or other site selected by your organization. This option can be very cost effective for groups of more than 15 employees. Course content can be modified to meet the client’s requirements for a modest additional charge.
Let us custom design your program.
Programs can be designed from the ground up to meet the client’s unique needs. Often customer data and procedures are used in class. Client information is confidential. Our custom design process begins by conducting a comprehensive client needs analysis using an experienced business executive familiar with the capabilities and resources of the Katz School. Faculty review the analysis and recommend a program design which is reviewed with the client for approval. Once approved the detailed is developed and delivered at a location selected by the client.
