Profile

Andrew H. Newman is an assistant professor of business administration. A member of the accounting faculty, Newman's research interests are in behavioral managerial research related to relative performance information, informal control systems, honesty, and subjective performance evaluation. He earned his PhD in accounting at Georgia State University and his master of accountancy and bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Alabama. Prior to earning his doctoral degree, Newman was a senior accountant at The Network, a financial analyst at Zapmedia, and a staff auditor at Ernst & Young LLP.
