2007 Faculty Development in International Business in the Transitional Economies of Central and Eastern Europe
Beginning on May 19, 2007 the University of Pittsburgh's CIBER organized a 12-day trip to visit Bulgaria, Croatia, and the Czech Republic to develop an understanding of regional business and economic integration issues among these markets. The trip involved lectures and discussions on economic and business conditions, group seminars, and company and governmental visits. Participants for the 2007 FDIB program were from the following institutions: University of South Carolina, University of Florida, Washington & Jefferson College, Grove City College, University of Pittsburgh, University of Memphis, and Winona State University.
