Faculty Member Receives Distinguished Alumnus Award from India's Top Business School
John Camillus, Donald R. Beall Professor of Strategic Management at the Katz Graduate School of Business, has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from his alma mater, the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). Camillus has been on the Katz faculty for almost 35 years. He is pursuing a new stream of research called the Business of Humanity.®

Distinguished Research

David Denis will be honored as a Distinguished Scholar by the Eastern Finance Association and will deliver the keynote address at the Association’s annual meeting to be held in Boston next April.

Carrie Leana was named a Visiting Fellow at the Russell Sage Foundation this past summer. She is the principal investigator of “The effect of employment status congruence, worksite context, and formalization on caregiver and care recipient outcomes in long-term care” for the Russell Sage Foundation, $159,477.

Vanitha Swaminathan was appointed Area Editor of the Journal of Consumer Psychology, to the Editorial Review Board of Journal of Marketing, and was invited to participate in the American Marketing Association Doctoral Consortium, 2011.
