Blended Online Format
Katz Professional MBA students have the option of completing courses in the traditional, in-person format or in a blended, partially online format. Blended courses offer the majority of the course online, with a limited number of in-person class sessions. This design limits time spent traveling to campus, while still providing the quality of face-to-face interactions and networking opportunities.
The online portion of the blended courses have a mix of asynchronous and synchronous learning. Students have on-demand access to video lectures, course materials, and online discussion boards. Additionally, they meet for live online classes via video conferencing technology.
By flipping the traditional classroom, Katz blended courses give students the best of both worlds: the convenience of online learning, and the immersive experience of a classroom setting.
At this time, a limited number of Katz blended courses are available. More are being continuously added.
