Profile
Greg is a third-year doctoral student and is collecting data for his dissertation soon. His dissertation topic areas include trust, distrust and ambivalence in e-commerce. The title of his dissertation is, "The Roles of Online Trust and Distrust on Pre-Purchase Ambivalence."
He is currently working with Chris Kemerer, Laurie Kirsch and Dennis Galletta. He is also serving as the Newsletter Editor for the HCI Interest Group.
