Kenneth R. Woodcock Leadership Fellowship

Experience-based learning is a central focus of the Berg Center and Katz graduate programs. Students accepted into the Kenneth R. Woodcock Leadership Fellows program will be placed onto the Boards of Directors of Western Pennsylvania nonprofits and economic development corporations as guest members. In this role, you will attend board meetings, engage with important stakeholders, and have the opportunity to work on a strategic issue facing your particular nonprofit organization. Woodcock Fellows gain the skills necessary to become effective organizational leaders through experiential learning that emphasizes civic engagement, social entrepreneurship, and social responsibility.
