As AI becomes a ubiquitous collaborator—woven into classrooms, workplaces, and the tools learners use every day—educators and leaders face an urgent strategic question: How do we design an education system that prepares humans not just to use AI, but to thrive alongside it?

This roundtable brings together forward-thinking educators, technologists, researchers, and organizational leaders to explore the real shifts underway and the bold choices ahead. A central focus of the conversation will be how individuals—not just institutions—can set themselves up for long-term resilience in a world where AI continually transforms how we learn, work, and create value.

Together, we will dig into what meaningful learning looks like when AI can instantly generate data, feedback, and expertise—and what human skills become more essential, not less. We’ll examine how the role of educators is changing, whether toward coaching, facilitation, or entirely new forms of mentorship, and how AI can democratize creativity and expand access to writing, coding, design, and analysis. We’ll also ask: Should AI be woven into every part of the curriculum, or are there areas where learning should remain intentionally analog? How do we motivate students to build foundational skills—like writing, spelling, or problem-solving—when AI tools can do these tasks for them? And what ethical, equity, and trust challenges must institutions address to ensure that AI strengthens human capability rather than replacing it?
