Interview Process

While not a strict requirement of every prospective candidate, evaluative interviews are conducted regularly. Shortly after you submit your online application, you may receive an e-mail invitation to register for an interview. Interviews may be conducted in person or via video conference. We regret that we cannot conduct telephone interviews.
Application Review Process
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with early decision deadlines available for those seeking priority consideration for scholarships and greater flexibility in planning program decisions and next steps.
For you to be guaranteed consideration for a given round, we must receive your complete application by the stated deadline dates.
Admission decisions are typically communicated within 4-6 weeks of a complete application.
| Early Advantage Deadline | October 15 (decision by November 15) |
| Round One Deadline | January 15 |
| International Final Deadline | April 15 |
| Domestic Final Deadline | July 15 |
AI Review Disclosure
As part of our holistic admissions process, every application submitted to our program is thoroughly reviewed and evaluated by members of our admissions committee. Final decisions on admission, waitlist status, or denial are made exclusively by qualified human reviewers who consider the full context of your application, including your essays, recommendations, transcripts, and any supplementary materials.
We are committed to a fair, holistic, and human-centered evaluation process for every candidate.
A Note on Authenticity and AI Use
We understand that AI tools are now a common part of the writing process, and many applicants use AI tools in preparing their application materials. However, we strongly encourage you to use these tools thoughtfully, in service of your own voice rather than as a replacement for it.
The strongest applications are the ones that are honest and reflective such that we are able to see the real person behind the essays. Our admissions committee is looking for genuine insight into your experiences, motivations, and goals. Generic materials, however polished, do not support our holistic admissions review. It is important that your story comes across. Authenticity is what helps you stand out.
