Profile

Narayan Ramasubbu is a Professor of Business Administration. He received the Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bharathiar University, India, and the PhD degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. Prior to his academic career, he was a senior developer of business intelligence applications and a product management specialist, first at CGI Inc and then at SAP AG. His research and teaching interests include business analytics; design thinking; information technology-driven innovation; user behavior within digital platforms; software product development and service delivery; and the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise information systems.

In his spare time, Narayan enjoys hiking, photography, exploring the philosophies of South and East Asia, and contributing to open-source software communities.
