Rick has a unique blend of technical, marketing and business expertise. In addition to his 30 years of real-world consulting experience he has a software engineering degree as well as a marketing-focused MBA – which allows him to help companies bridge the gap between marketing and IT. This hybrid experience is still important today as many companies embark on their digital transformation efforts.
As an early entrant within the interactive technology field Rick has helped industry leaders -- companies like Liberty Mutual, GlaxoSmithKline, and BNY Mellon -- leverage digital to improve their business results.
For the past 20 years, he has led BRUNNER’s digital practice and has helped to position BRUNNER as a top independent creative, technology and data analytics driven firm. Seven years ago, Rick spearheaded the launch of BRUNNER’s innovation lab, BHiveLab, which is dedicated to helping companies prepare for emerging technology.
