Dr. Kim Abel is a transformational leader with more than 30 years of expertise in talent development and guiding organizations through periods of change. As a former HR executive, Kim spearheaded innovative employee development programs, focusing on leadership and competency growth that aligned with company priorities. Kim has a doctorate in Leadership and Administration and currently serves as a teaching assistant professor in the School of Business and Executive Director of the Center for Executive Education
