This interactive course will introduce you to the fundamental aspects of Lean Six Sigma and how you might use them in your role.

Session Description

Lean Six Sigma is a disciplined, data driven approach to process improvement aimed at the near elimination of defects from every product, process, and transaction. Lean Six Sigma utilizes a five-phase problem-solving methodology.

In this session you will explore the five phases and be introduced to some useful tools through hands-on activities.

  1. Define
  2. Measure
  3. Analyze
  4. Improve
  5. Control

More Than Manufacturing

The Lean Six Sigma approach applies to processes in any organization or industry and is not limited to manufacturing. If you have a process you want to improve, this course is for you!
